La demanda se rechazó porque no se subsanó en los términos indicados en el auto de inadmisión.
La Sala Plena encontró que los actores no controvirtieron los razonamientos planteados por la magistrada sustanciadora y que tampoco presentaron argumentos dirigidos a cuestionar el supuesto yerro, olvido o arbitrariedad en que incurrió la providencia censurada.
Con base en lo anterior, se RECHAZA el recurso impetrado.

- Primero. RECHAZAR el recurso de súplica formulado contra el Auto del 3 de noviembre de 2023, mediante el cual la magistrada Cristina Pardo Schlesinger rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad formulada por los ciudadanos Miguel Ángel Montaño Matamoros, Oyola Paloma Percy y Jhon Fredy Vargas Lozano contra el artículo 162 de la Ley 2294 de 2023.
- Segundo. Proceda la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional a comunicarle el contenido de esta decisión a los recurrentes, indicándoles que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
